Project Overview
Kufar, Belarus' premier classified platform, recognized the critical role of efficient communication in online classifieds. 70% of out users send messages to each other on daily basis. To improve user experience, Kufar undertook an upgrade of its messaging center.

Chat Navigation

Chata were designed with accordance with the messaging apps trend, but there still was a risk that some elements might be confusing. Prototype testing proved that users understand all the messages statuses, can navigate through chats and don't have any difficulties in finding chat for specific ad

System Messages

Original hypothesis and risk was that users would perceive “system messages” as messages from real user and
will be disturbed by “system messages” from Kufar. Luckily it wasn't proved

Conversations List
The redesigned interface allows users to view a list of conversations with the option to delete individual conversations, providing a clutter-free inbox.
The conversation list screen also includes ad previews and user information to provide context for each conversation.
